Begin your day with community and focused intention.

Join our 15-30 minute morning meditation to set a field of intention for your day. We offer a free guided meditation led by one of our community members that supports your personal energy and wellness. The meditations provide spiritual connection and guidance, and a pathway for your heart and soul to more fully open in your world.

Held on Zoom every Monday through Friday, we have a Prayer Circle earlier on Wednesday mornings and a French Day on Fridays, where our French community joins us and there is translation.

We invite you to be with us any time, as we join our hearts, ground our bodies, and support our community of souls. Beginning the day with community and focused intention has proven very rewarding, as it sustains a stronger and lighter field of being in our lives.

Meditations for Peace

You are warmly invited to listen to and journey with these two guided meditations—powerful practices of grounding, remembrance, and planetary peace.

In “Today Is My Peaceful Place,” we begin by anchoring ourselves deeply into the heart of Mother Earth while opening to the infinite light of creation above. Through the simple affirmation “Today is my peaceful place,” we breathe peace into our bodies and allow it to flow outward as radiant ultraviolet light—touching the land, the oceans, all beings, and especially the places in our world that most need healing. Holding the Earth as a glowing sphere of light between our hands, we remember the truth that we are not separate, but part of one luminous field of peace.

In “Today Is My Peaceful Day,” we expand this work by traveling in consciousness to Banyas in Israel—a sacred place of waterfalls, flowing water, and ancient stones remembered as a site of restoration for Christ and Magdalene. Grounded through the Earth’s ley lines, we arrive as peacekeepers and emissaries of light, connecting with the water, rocks, trees, and ancient benefactors of the land. From this sacred pool, we anchor a field of peace that ripples outward across Israel, the Middle East, and the entire Earth—clearing the atmosphere of fear and violence and affirming the “peace of a million years of dreaming” for all beings.

Together, these meditations invite us to remember our role as ambassadors of peace—anchoring light within ourselves and radiating it into the world.

Take a moment, breathe deeply, and join us in holding the Earth in peace.

Highlight from 2025

We joined Lauren for a guided meditation session, focusing on grounding and connecting with the Earth's energy. We centered our awareness on the dantian, the energy center above the pubic bone, and visualized a line of energy extending from our body deep into the Earth. Together, we activated our chakra system, felt the Earth's magma-like energy, and connected with the divine spark within. We envisioned our soul family and the sacred geometry of our connections, holding intention and unity at the heart of our practice. The meditation concluded with a shared focus on balancing spirit and form, and honoring our Higher Self.
