Co-Creating a Charter for the 21st Century is a profound and heart-centered gathering of spiritual visionaries, community leaders, and soul-guided individuals answering a call to lay the energetic and intentional foundations for a new era of collective human evolution. Guided by the wisdom of Flo Magdalena, Sue Cooper, Nancy Strachan, and the presence of William Marshal, this gathering transcends time and space, inviting everyone to remember their role in a greater design of unity, peace, and Divine purpose.
At the heart of the experience is the Light Magnificent—a living frequency of consciousness meant to dissolve separation, awaken inner truth, and bridge the gap between Heaven and Earth. Through shared intention, meditation, and symbolic acts such as planting crystals infused with personal and collective purpose, we begin the sacred work of anchoring a new template for humanity.
Our First Meeting to
Co-Create a Charter for the 21st Century
With participants from the UK, Canada and the US, our meeting with William Marshal was an opening to the co-creation of a Charter for the 21st Century. As we search for a path of Light, Truth and Union individually and collectively, the presence of William’s wisdom and experience brought clarity about how to bring together diverse streams of thought, intention and action.
Firstly, William connected personally with us, (forehead to forehead), shared his amazing grace, and brought us to The Light Magnificent through the Crystal of Creation in the Irish Sea.
He then gave guidance on joining the ethereal dimensions with our Earth realm, including the Legions who have walked before us. This provided ways to move into Union with these forces within ourselves first, to forge an inter-dimensional and extensive field around us that catalyzes the coming together of the future and present fields of Creation. We can then, as individuals and a collective, synthesize our individual ‘genius’ to create not only a Charter, but a way of being that is Unified with ourselves, each other, and the Earth.
We all left the call with hope for our peoples and hearts filled with possibility!

Drawing Parallels with the Magna Carta and the Charter of the Forest

In this session of the Charter of the 21st Century, we explore the deep historical roots and future potential of compassionate governance. Drawing inspiration from the Magna Carta's revolutionary principles of justice and equality, the session weaves together the wisdom of William Marshall, the insights of the Charter for Compassion, and the collective intention to create a transformative framework for global harmony. Through grounding meditations, historical reflections, and forward-looking dialogue, participants seek to plant seeds of consciousness that can nurture a more just, interconnected, and compassionate world.
PERFECT UNION
In spite of apparent separation, difference, and irreconcilable incompatibilities, we are all spinning in perfect union, complementing each other — even when living from a personality point of view in different dimensions.

Session 3
Soul Synchronization: Remembering Our Unified Field
In this session we were guided through a meditative journey led by William Marshall's energy, focusing on creating a unified consciousness and an "Honoring Life Foundation". The session explored deep interconnectedness, transcending mental barriers, and aligning with a divine crystal of creation. We were encouraged to remember past collective experiences, heal divisions, and work towards a new paradigm of human connection that honors all life. The meditation emphasized breathing, heart-centered awareness, and the power of collective intention to transform human experience.

Charter of Compassion - Marilyn Turkovich
In this meeting, Marilyn Turkovich from the Charter for Compassion shared the organization's mission to promote compassion globally. Originating from a 2008 TED Talk by Karen Armstrong, the charter has grown to connect communities in 56 countries, focusing on education and grassroots initiatives. With 40% of their board under 35 and a commitment to youth involvement, they are developing "Charter 2.0" to update their original document. The organization supports diverse projects worldwide, from refugee camps to urban community programs, aiming to cultivate empathy, understanding, and collaborative solutions to global challenges.
Session 5
Embodying the Light Magnificent:
Dissolving Boundaries and Co-Creating a Unified World
In this session, we were guided by the messenger William (channeled by Flo Magdalena) to focus on dissolving our personal and collective boundaries in order to foster unity, compassion, and the experience of the "light magnificent." We were encouraged to see ourselves as facets of a universal crystal, embodying oneness and interconnectedness beyond our physical, emotional, and mental borders. The message emphasized the importance of grounding ourselves, connecting with others through the third eye, and sharing wisdom and consciousness to align with the crystal of creation. Our practical assignments include:
Practicing the dissolution of our personal borders and boundaries.
Connecting with others (even those with whom we may not feel aligned) through the third eye to share and receive wisdom.
Recording the vibrational sensations and resonances we experience during these connections to contribute to a collective charter.
Working with people from diverse backgrounds to further the momentum of a unified, compassionate new world.
We are encouraged to embody these principles in our daily lives, co-creating a world of inclusion, oneness, and light.
Session 6
Unveiling the New Charter:
Meditation, Wisdom, and the Great Turning
This session unveils a new "Charter for Compassionate Transformation" - a powerful revision of the 2009 Charter for Compassion that emerged from collaborative work involving hundreds of contributors and deep group wisdom. Sue guides participants through a chakra meditation before reading the charter, embodying its core message that authentic compassion begins with inner healing and extends outward to create just relationships and regenerative systems. The charter calls for profound shifts: from separation to kinship, charity to justice, competition to cooperation. It frames compassion not as sentiment but as courageous commitment to structural change that addresses root causes of suffering. Weaving together historical wisdom, contemplative practice, and urgent planetary needs, the charter serves as both sacred promise and practical invitation to participate in creating regenerative economies, restorative justice, and thriving community for all life. This session offers both inspiration and grounding for anyone called to transform civilization from systems of domination to cultures of partnership.

Charter for Compassion 2.0:
Grounding a Global Vision for Transformative Compassion
We came together as a global community to co-create and ground the Charter for Compassion 2.0, weaving our diverse voices, experiences, and intentions into a unified vision for transformative compassion. During our meeting, we reflected on the journey of the charter, shared heartfelt gratitude, and engaged in meaningful rituals to energetically anchor our work. We celebrated the creative contributions of our group, including a poem that captured the essence of our mission, and discussed plans for launching the new charter and sharing it with the world. Through our collective commitment, we affirmed our dedication to fostering justice, connection, and compassionate action in communities everywhere.
