Product Shipping Policy

Order Fulfillment:  Orders will be filled within 30 days, unless notified.

Product Refunds:  Exchanges or refunds are only possible within 30 days of purchase if the item was damaged in shipment or found to be defective. Please phone or e-mail us with full details to arrange for return of the item.

Event Registration and Cancellation Policy

Registration:  Please note that $50.00 of any deposit is a materials and registration fee and will not be returned. The remainder of the deposit is transferable within one year. Tuition for international programs may be subject to increased deposit amounts.

All tuition is due and payable at least 21 days prior to the start date of all programs. If payment is late, tuition is increased by $50.00 for Soul Recognition Experiences and $100.00 for other trainings.

Cancellation:  If you need to cancel your registration due to an emergency or leave a workshop due to an emergency, you may transfer your registration to another workshop within 12 months. If you decide not to attend a program we require 21 days advance notice before the program start day to refund the remainder of the tuition.

Lodging and meals are additional, and depend on the location of the program you choose. Some locations utilize a pot-luck style for meals with accommodations where the event is occurring. We will advise you of the different options upon registration.

E-mail Privacy Policy

Soul Support Systems uses Constant Contact for our e-mail marketing, incorporating SafeUnsubscribe which guarantees the permanent removal of your email address from our mailing lists if you request it. This privacy policy demonstrates our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information.
Why did you receive a mailing from us?

Our e-mail marketing is permission based. If you received a mailing from us, our records indicate that (a) you have expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future (“opt-in”), or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings.

If you believe you have received unwanted, unsolicited email sent via this system or purporting to be sent via this system, please forward a copy of that email with your comments to abuse@constantcontact.com for review.

How can you stop receiving email from us?

Each email sent contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving email from us, or to change your expressed interests. If you wish to do this, simply follow the SafeUnsubscribe™ or Update Profile links at the end of any email.

We use appropriate security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our system.

Sharing and Usage

We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone for their promotional use without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information, and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.

Use of Web Beacons

When we send you emails, we may include a web beacon to allow us to determine the number of people who open our emails. When you click on a link in an email, we may record this individual response to allow us to customize our offerings to you. Web beacons collect only limited information, such as a cookie identifier, time and date of a page being viewed, and a description of the page on which the Web Beacon resides (the URL).

Web Beacons can be refused when delivered via email. If you do not wish to receive Web Beacons via email, you will need to disable HTML images or refuse HTML (select Text only) emails via your email software.

Note: In each email you receive, there will be a link to unsubscribe or change areas of interest.

Website Privacy Policy

For each visitor to our website, our web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. However, we aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review only, to improve the content of our website, to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumers.
