January 5, 2009: Reconnecting Through The One Heart
Connecting again with our heart and the space behind the heart—the space we can not see, deepens our understanding of the link between what we know and what we don’t think we can know. Moving energy through our body and out our back offers a re-patterning of our energy. Our energy then can flow from the left to the right, bringing the past into the present and providing a way for the past and the future to unify in our awareness so that we consciously see our future. We can then see the design that we so clearly feel is awaiting us. Clear instruction is given to awaken the heart as a vehicle for connecting with our completeness and our wisdom.
January 19, 2009: The Chalice of Substance
In each cell of our body is the memory of home. This memory is not a thought that can be processed or a concept to be understood. Rather, the memory of our connection with home is visceral—an experience that is felt and integrated through the substance of life. Substance is the elixir of life, the manna that brings us a level of comfort and deep sacredness within our being—a sense of belonging. Our challenges and degrees of separation unify as we choose to join with others in the upliftment of the human spirit. We recognize that to heal and accept our fullest potential, and to manifest through action the heart of our intention, takes a connection with all life. Feel the lifting of your spirit and the integrating of your essence as we spin together in oneness with all life.
March 9, 2009: (Magdalene) Love, Light And Power
Here is an excerpt from this amazing channeling: " I have been maligned in many quarters because of my alliance to life force, but let me tell you something, when you are aligned with life force everything, everything acknowledges your presence, responds to your being and glorifies that essence that you carry. Everything glorifies the expression of your light when you have the courage to live from the force of your life. I will not die, ever, because I lived from that courage to fully embrace my life force.
The rules of your society and your religion, and the dogma of the traditions that you have been spoon-fed, negate, deny, or suppress your life force. Think about it. Get yourself a little bit active here. Choose to have your life force be expressed in every moment without exception, and that no one has the right to in any way control the force of your life. Disease does not have the right, your parents do not have the right, your siblings do not have the right, your spouses do not have the right, your significant others, your bosses, your friends, no one, your neighbors, no one has the right to suppress your life force. This is your God-given divinity."
March 23, 2009: (Magdalene) The Heart Breath & The Vital Life Force
You are determining the fabric of your experience with yourself, with your body, with your health, with your welfare, and with your relations by how your heart fabric weaves within and without. Therefore, if you are weaving the heart fabric in a way that tones the essence of your being, in and out, back and forth, up and down, you are then able to adjust to the frequencies of people around you much more easily. You are then able to walk into a crowd of people and begin to balance and in a sense exemplify the character of the heart through the vibrations you are emoting, emitting, and imbuing into other people and around and through the fabric of their experience.
What you want to remember is that your vital life force energy and the power of that expression is going to give you up to 70% of your viability just by doing this exercise.
You do not have to heal anything. You do not have to change anything. You just breathe, bring things together, modulate that frequency, open that out, experience what that is like, foundation your experience in a deep, deep way and then what you find is that in a twinkling of an eye you are different.
April 13, 2009: (Magdalene) The Soul’s Promise: (Being Here Now)
Magdalene assures us that living our purpose and potential is the promise of the soul. Sustaining your frequency makes you constant. Making you
constant allows you to give information to your body and your psyche and your
soul that is constant. That means steady, strong and… you get the picture.
Steady, strong, constant is healthy. It is peaceful. It is connective and you
remember this. That is why we are talking now, because you remember it. That is
why it is so exciting, because we are listening and looking and foundationing
and we know it is time. This is because inside each person, not on this call,
somebody else out there, you know, without the call, inside of them is this
sensation, this question, Where is the order? Where is the balance? Where is
the steadiness? When will I feel safe? When can I put this behind me? And we answer them. It is here. It is here now.
May 11, 2009: (Magdalene) Beginning Again
We are standing at the precipice and we must fly. There is
no choice but to fly because that is the venue; it is the space through which
our intention is now ready to launch. Beginning again really means that we are
standing at a place with infinite possibility and with the clarity, but also
with this experience of not knowing how to proceed. Not understanding what that
really means, even, not knowing what the outcome of those actions might be.
I am here to provide a template tonight for you to do just
that; for you to begin again, stabilize your environment and energy, clarify
your direction, uphold, deepen, and expand your purpose, and to synthesize the
conscious awareness of your being right now. This is so that the energy you
have come to bring, the velocity of charge that you carry, the pureness of your
intent, the clarity of your heart, and the awarenesses of all beings training
their consciousness unconsciously together to foundation this new upsurgence of
energy may all collide together, sort through, coalesce and foundation a new
world inside you.
May 25, 2009: (Magdalene) At One-ment
We are fast approaching a time when the consolidation of our karmic trails, lifetimes, and the events of our experience will join to offer us a depth of understanding never before possible for humans. Magdalene

As we experience our individuation in a different and more diffuse way, we spin together, morphing our edges and releasing our identity. As we open to more of ourselves we bring all that we seek into our presence and join with all that we are to expand into creation.
